Client Delivery Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Delivery (Technical).

Key Responsibilities

• Support requirements sessions to define data mapping, transformation rules, and client delivery expectations for file-based integrations
• Collaborate with multiple teams to gather and define business and technical requirements for enhancements and custom reporting
• Manage and troubleshoot test accounts, SFTP file transfers, and delivery schedules with partners

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and requirements gathering capabilities
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions
• Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with ambiguity
