A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator (Native-like English Speaker) for Evenings & Weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve guest queries with speed, empathy, and professionalism to ensure a world-class experience
- Coordinate operational teams by planning and optimizing daily task schedules based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, back-office support, or project management
- Experience in route planning or task scheduling is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems (CRM, task management software, etc.)
- Flexibility to work on weekends as needed based on business priorities
