Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement teams in proposing value-added services and manage client relationships
- Execute consulting engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and communication
- Design and implement accounting solutions for complex challenges while mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
- Ten+ years in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA preferred
- Public Accounting background or experience in a publicly traded company preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; Master's degree desired
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls practices
- Proven ability to coach, lead, and mentor engagement teams
