Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders and the IT development team to ensure clear communication of business requirements
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into detailed documentation and models
• Collaborate with 3rd party application vendors and assist in prioritizing bug fixes and enhancement requests

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, particularly in CPQ and Order Management
• 7-10 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
• Experience with process documentation and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies for business and process analysis
• Experience working in an Agile environment
