Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with key accounts while identifying growth opportunities
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new accounts, addressing issues proactively
- Collaborate with sales and client services to drive growth within high potential accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success, account management, or sales
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Proven track record of solving complex customer issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
