Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success, account management, or sales
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Proven track record of solving complex customer issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
