About the position

Responsibilities
• Drive cross-functional engagement to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.
• Serve as Customer Advocate by representing the customer’s voice for our product, growth, operations, and leadership teams.
• Shape the vision and strategy for our customers’ implementation at DoorDash for Business.
• Set our customers up for success, driving enrollment and activation for a meaningful impact on gross revenue.
• Develop and nurture relationships with a prominent customer base, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements
• 2+ years of implementation or customer-facing project management experience, preferably with a focus on strategic/enterprise-level accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
• Customer-obsessed with a track record of uncovering the customer’s ‘why’.
• Accountability for project success and customer outcomes.
• Ability to deliver thorough, meticulous, and highly actionable project plans.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a technology or logistics company.
• Familiarity with customer onboarding processes and best practices.
