- 3 or more years of client-facing experience in the technology sector
- Solid experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive in addressing client needs
