Clinical Process Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager to Associate Director, Clinical Process Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, develop, and create governance and guidance documents for Clinical Operations and Clinical Trial Teams
• Assist in developing tools, guidelines, and training for study-related processes and present at team meetings
• Manage the Clinical Operations Tool Kit and support audit processes as the central contact for the Quality team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• PMP certification is desired but not required
• 6-8 years of clinical research experience for Sr Manager level; minimum 8 years for Associate Director level
• Experience in end-to-end clinical trial processes, including key functions like clinical research and project management
• Solid understanding of technology and processes used in drug development
