A company is looking for a Clinician Experience Specialist to enhance user support and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to users through email, phone, and video calls
- Manage and resolve feedback tickets, addressing clinical QA, product education, and software troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to improve user experience and product quality
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in healthcare technology, customer success, or support, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
- 2+ years in a clinical or clinical documentation role with knowledge of provider workflows and EHR systems
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in healthcare SaaS
- Proficient with tools like Front, GitHub, Slack, or similar systems
- Analytical thinker with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
