Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process, including communication with clients and internal staff
- Review and audit closing documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
- Manage daily reporting and dashboards related to closing and disbursement activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
