Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for commercial properties
• Abstract and analyze records to verify ownership and legal descriptions of properties
• Prepare and review title commitment documentation and reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of directly related experience
• State license(s) if required
• Background in searching county records utilizing systems like Laredo, Tapestry, or Landshark preferred
• Knowledge of legal terms and title examination processes
