Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer who will provide product support and system administration in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete support cases and service requests for customers
• Monitor and administer PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory in a devops environment
• Update processes, documentation, and knowledge base as changes are made or discovered

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Certification or minimum 2 years experience supporting at least 2 of the following: PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingAccess, Identity Manager
• Experience in data analysis and correlation to diagnose issues
• Strong understanding of IAM Security best practices
• Proficient understanding of change management
• On-call may be a requirement for this position
