Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee cross-functional engineering efforts and ensure platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate across frontend, backend, smart contracts, and SRE/DevOps to maintain technical alignment and product requirements
• Guide architecture decisions and prioritize technical work while collaborating with Product on acceptance criteria
• Mentor engineers, promote production health practices, and actively participate in coding across the stack

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing production systems with a focus on quality and release reliability
• Senior-level expertise in either frontend (JS/TS, ideally React) or backend (Node/TS) technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and incident handling
• Experience in open source projects, particularly in blockchain or related web3 technologies
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a remote setting
