Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer with a strong foundation in Azure to join a health information organization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage security settings across Microsoft Azure, Office, and Entra environments
• Monitor and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect web applications from threats
• Implement security measures to resolve vulnerabilities and mitigate risks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Engineering
• Proven experience as an Azure Administrator or Engineer with a security emphasis
• Strong understanding of Azure security features and best practices
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel playbooks and incident response procedures
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and other threat protection tools
