Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Coding certification highly preferred
