A company is looking for an Accountant and Payroll Administrator in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local accounting and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with Colombian regulations
- Process payroll for employees and coordinate with HR on benefits and employment changes
- Prepare and file all applicable Colombian tax returns and maintain organized financial documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting in Colombia, with payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Aliaddo, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be located in Colombia and able to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule
