Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Governance Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring Regulatory Reporting policies and procedures
• Collect and analyze cross-departmental data for performance and risk-based metrics
• Prepare presentations and documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Prior experience in a bank or financial institution with assets greater than $100B is preferred
• Knowledge of the COSO Framework and regulatory reporting standards is highly preferred
• Experience in developing communication packages and meeting materials for senior management
• Advanced Degree and certifications like CPA or CFA are preferred
