Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Producer Commissions & Incentive Payables.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile producer and administrative commissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Prepare and distribute final commission statements and provide payment information to payroll/accounts payable
- Field inquiries from commission recipients and prepare analysis as requested by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or the insurance industry
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with journal entries and reconciliation processes
