Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Manage the accounting and accounts payable teams
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare and private equity-backed businesses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA track or certification
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting/private equity-backed or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software
