Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator for Mental Health Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient outreach, collect demographic information, and educate patients about clinic services
• Lead and co-facilitate engaging trainings for youth and adults, and recruit community organizations for participation
• Assist with data collection and analysis, and maintain study-related documents and files

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• At least two years of work experience, preferably in community engagement
• Experience working with faith-based and urban communities, particularly Black American communities
• Familiarity with socio-cultural factors contributing to health disparities
• Experience engaging individuals both virtually and in-person
