A company is looking for a Manager of Community (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage a new community for influencers and oversee the existing career-based community
- Create community-facing materials and programming initiatives to engage members
- Develop promotion strategies, manage social media accounts, and analyze data to optimize community processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or other college degree) preferred
- 3-5 years of community management experience, preferably with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Strong interest and knowledge in the influencer marketing industry and Gen Z trends
- Strategic thinker with experience managing relationships with external partners
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram
