Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist in implementing an effective compliance program in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the Compliance Program and report to Compliance leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while assisting in compliance reporting and training
• Investigate compliance issues and conduct audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four years of compliance experience in a PBM or health plan environment
• Certifications such as CHC, CHPC, or CCEP preferred
• Strong familiarity with compliance programs and healthcare benefits
• Knowledge of data analytics and internal audit functions
