Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse to provide virtual, patient-centered care in addiction and mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and document patient health and behaviors
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment and recovery plans
• Educate patients on medication use, health maintenance, and relapse prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN, RN, or higher licensure in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Vermont
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification and crisis intervention training
