Contaminant Hydrogeologist (Alberta Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contaminant Hydrogeologist who will manage and provide technical leadership for contaminated site projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support management of site assessment, remediation, and monitoring projects
• Prepare and review technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, and reports
• Provide mentorship and training to junior scientists and project managers

Required Qualifications and Education

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field
• Registration in or membership with a professional organization (e.g., APEGA)
• A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience in site assessment and remediation
• Knowledge of BC, Alberta, and/or Saskatchewan regulatory frameworks
• A valid and clean class 5 driver's license with no restrictions
