Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to lead and support Open Enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT, production cutover)
• Configure and validate benefits plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders and troubleshoot Open Enrollment issues across functional and technical areas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits module
• Strong experience with Benefits Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL
• Experience working with UAT, SIT, and CRP cycles for benefits plans
• Functional-first profile with technical skills as a strong plus
