Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Consultant who will perform direct care and supervisory duties for clients aged 2-21.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors
- Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)
- Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- PA Behavior Specialist license or equivalent certification in Behavior Analysis
- Graduate degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling
- Minimum of one year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to youth
- Completion of a clinical or mental health direct service practicum if holding a relevant master's degree
