Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Consultant who will perform direct care and supervisory duties for clients aged 2-21.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors
• Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)
• Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals

Required Qualifications

• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
• PA Behavior Specialist license or equivalent certification in Behavior Analysis
• Graduate degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to youth
• Completion of a clinical or mental health direct service practicum if holding a relevant master's degree
