Key Responsibilities

• Fact-check, edit, and validate content items to maintain quality and consistency
• Organize content using taxonomies and metadata to enhance discoverability and progression

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in editorial, content development, or related roles with a strong portfolio
• Data fluency with the ability to interpret dashboards and translate insights into editorial actions
• Experience with content management systems and task tracking tools
• Experience editing short-form knowledge items and structuring content with taxonomy/metadata
• Passion for general knowledge and the ability to research quickly and effectively
