Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Billing Analyst who will focus on reviewing, billing, and following up on Direct Bill Invoice accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries and manage multiple accounts
• Analyze accounts, determine next steps for resolution, and generate timely invoices
• Collaborate with management to reduce aging accounts through communication and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue cycle experience, with a focus on accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and billing systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of detailed information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
