Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst responsible for drafting and managing various contracts as part of the commercial deal management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms
- Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high throughput
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields
- Familiarity with standard contract and legal document structures
- Experience using software workflow applications, such as Salesforce.com and Icertis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
