Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee and manage all phases of accounting and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial reporting cycle, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team while managing the annual audit process
• Monitor cash flow and optimize returns on short-term investments

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in managing a similar non-profit organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in supervising and developing employees
• Strong proficiency in financial software, particularly Sage Intacct and ADP
