Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and commercial agreements
• Advise business teams on commercial matters and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional projects to provide legal insights

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal position
• Strong background in commercial law, contract law, and healthcare regulations
• Transactional experience with the ability to draft and review complex agreements efficiently
• Experience with data privacy regulations, including HIPAA
