Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist/Paralegal to support its state licensing program and provide legal assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a state licensing portfolio, including branch and Mortgage Loan Officer licenses
• Independently manage projects and report progress to stakeholders
• Prepare license applications, annual reports, and correspondence for regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with NMLS
• Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
• Background in a top-tier law firm, in-house legal team, or government agencies
• Experience in fintech is preferred
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work under deadlines
