Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer insights efforts through management of Net Promoter Score and customer research
- Map out the customer journey and conduct analysis to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities
- Create summary presentations for senior leadership and guide product/partnership strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a Master's degree with one year of experience
- Experience in conducting primary and secondary consumer and market research
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and generating reports
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor management
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction scores and initiatives
