Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic roadmaps in partnership with Workstream Leaders, ensuring cross-functional collaboration
• Provide oversight for the Capital Appropriations Process and prepare executive-level dashboards to report on portfolio performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in project portfolio management, program management, or enterprise-level governance roles
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and develop others
• Project management experience and team leadership ability
