Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Portfolio Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic roadmaps in partnership with Workstream Leaders, ensuring cross-functional collaboration
- Provide oversight for the Capital Appropriations Process and prepare executive-level dashboards to report on portfolio performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in project portfolio management, program management, or enterprise-level governance roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and develop others
- Project management experience and team leadership ability
