Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's operational rhythm, including business reviews and annual planning
• Champion execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress and removing roadblocks
• Oversee development of KPIs and dashboards for performance visibility and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in business strategy, operations, or program management in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and scaling operational systems
• Proven ability to manage executive-level cadences and operating models
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and metrics
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle analytics
