Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Transformation Lead responsible for overseeing key deliverables and driving recommendations for consolidating VA contact centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the Magnify framework to produce and oversee deliverables, including Business Process Hierarchy Models and Current State Value Stream Maps
- Lead engagement with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for workflow improvement
- Ensure timely delivery of key artifacts and communicate progress to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Service Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or IT transformation roles
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably in government or healthcare sectors
- Strong understanding of business process hierarchies and service blueprint methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
