Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team to execute a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives
• Co-own business outcomes for major company initiatives from launch to execution
• Provide executive leadership for flagship initiatives and manage senior executive relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or program management
• 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Strategic Finance
• Extensive knowledge of the enterprise software/SaaS industry
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing high-impact program leaders
• Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of multiple high-stakes initiatives concurrently
