A company is looking for a Senior Director, Patient Safety Strategy and Business Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic planning processes to support key capability progression and goal development
• Collaborate with leaders to oversee execution of key initiatives, including transformational Device Safety initiatives
• Drive project management leadership and champion thought leadership within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 14 years of experience, Master's Degree with 12 years of experience, or PhD with 12 years of experience
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional activities in drug safety or related strategies
• Proven ability to contribute to Patient Safety strategic planning and lead process improvements
• Strong track record of cultivating strategic relationships and collaborations
• Expert-level knowledge of the biopharma industry with experience in setting business strategies
