Senior Manager of Strategy Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Business Analysis Sr. Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analysis to inform strategic decisions across the Customer Office
• Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews, developing capacity models for various teams
• Run business cadences to track performance and refine KPIs across post-sale functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or operations
• 7+ years of experience within SaaS, specifically in GTM, Customer Success, Support, or Services Operations
• Extensive experience with customer-focused analysis and business intelligence tools
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration
