A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Initiatives to support and lead strategic projects within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Plan Administration in executing the strategic plan and key processes
- Develop and implement key Operations/Administration projects while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide leadership and oversight to staff, including performance management and coaching
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in leading projects and initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in leading people
- Preferred experience in managed care
