Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate between different segments of the business, supporting or leading projects aligned with strategic priorities
• Conduct market research and financial modeling to inform business decisions
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience creating models using financial and business data
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and advocate for operational change
• Prior experience with a direct-to-consumer, call-center sales business model preferred
