Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end monetization strategy for developer-focused products
• Own product pricing strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Design and optimize distribution incentive programs to attract and retain ecosystem participants

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated engagement with crypto and Web3 ecosystems
• Proven track record of launching innovative commercial constructs or pricing models
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, Sheets, or equivalent)
• Self-driven and proactive problem solver
