CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead day-to-day accounting operations and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and general ledger management
• Manage financial reporting and accounts payable/receivable oversight
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
