CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager who will serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and accounting processes
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
