A company is looking for an SEC Financial Reporting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and GAAP
- Conduct disclosure benchmarking and assist with research on new accounting pronouncements
- Support the SEC Reporting team in meeting deadlines and ensuring financial data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- CPA license or equivalent required
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant industry experience in public-company SEC financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, SEC regulations, and SOX 404 controls
- Familiarity with reporting tools and financial systems such as NetSuite and Workiva
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
