CPA Licensed SEC Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Financial Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and GAAP
• Conduct disclosure benchmarking and assist with research on new accounting pronouncements
• Support the SEC Reporting team in meeting deadlines and ensuring financial data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• CPA license or equivalent required
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant industry experience in public-company SEC financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, SEC regulations, and SOX 404 controls
• Familiarity with reporting tools and financial systems such as NetSuite and Workiva
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
