Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Accounting - Consolidated Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures for SEC filings
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation for reporting efficiency
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support data collection and reporting for corporate initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience without a degree
- At least 1 year of experience in financial accounting or auditing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Experience preparing or supporting SEC filings in a public company environment is preferred
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification is preferred
