CPA Senior Director of Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of SEC financial reports, including 10-Q's and 10-K's
• Manage technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Coordinate and manage external accounting advisors and support audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Extensive experience in SEC financial reporting
• Public accounting experience at a Big-4/10 firm
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience
• Experience with Workiva is highly desirable
