Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Analyst who will identify and investigate claims overpayments and errors while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and investigate complex claims overpayments and underpayments
• Prepare reports and summarize research findings for management recommendations
• Interact with providers and vendors regarding collections and overpayment identification

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of claims payment experience
• Experience in maintaining databases and ensuring data quality
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to claims payments
• Ability to participate in auditing and testing activities
