Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Property & Casualty (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Direct Bill and Agency Bill reconciliations and manage electronic deposits
- Process insurance producer commission statements and perform monthly bank account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and analyze revenue and expense fluctuations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in accounting
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a property and casualty insurance brokerage
- Working knowledge of Applied EPIC and HawkSoft AMS preferred
- Prior experience with Business Central accounting software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools
