Required Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership experience in crypto product development
• Experience in hiring and managing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong technical judgment and ability to execute in 0 to 1 environments
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including protocols and smart contracts
• Comfortable working closely with founders on strategic initiatives
